The Free Democratic Movement has been formed out of the need to address the growing concern for the protection of democracy and the empowerment of Bermudians.
Our commitment is to strengthen the Island of Bermuda socially, economically and environmentally, for the benefit of generations to come.
We recognize that it is the responsibility of leaders to nurture, motivate, encourage, educate, and inspire its people to self-discover their natural and intellectual talents, to uphold the democratic rule of law, and to provide infrastructure for the growth and development of its nation. We also acknowledge that the core values of: Freedom, Unity, Self-Discipline, Industry, Loyalty, Respect, and the Rule of Law, are fundamental and relevant for all generations. Together, we can live up to these dignified ideals.
Our only goal is to be the Government of Bermuda,
and move Bermuda forward by creating a Government
